How to Order

We accept payment by iDEAL, Paypal, wire transfer, or creditcard.

iDEAL 
You can pay by iDEAL if you have access to online banking (currently only for Dutch bank account holders). Log in with your username and password in the payment screen of your bank when checking out.

Paypal 
You can pay with Paypal if you have a Paypal account. Paypal links your creditcard or bank account with your Paypal account. Registering with Paypal is free, see also http://www.paypal.com.

Wire transfer
When paying by wire transfer, you place an order after which you will be emailed your invoice in pdf format. Dutch residents should send the payable amount to "girorekening" P3616227 in name of CHALIX NATURAL Amsterdam. Payment details for international wire transfers can be found HERE. Payments should be made in Euros ( € ). IMPORTANT: Always mention your invoice number in the description when making payment! All costs related to the wire transfer are yours. Your order will be shipped shortly after we have received (full) payment.

Creditcard   
We accept creditcard payments by VISA credit card, VISA debit card and Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed by RBS Worldpay. When checking out, you can choose between currencies: Euro ( € ), US dollar ( $ ), and English pound ( £ ). The total amount of your order will automatically be converted into one of these currencies.

All prices in the Yaeyama-Chlorella.com Shop are including 6% VAT and and in Euro.

Shipping

Yaeyama-Chlorella.com ships worldwide. For countries outside of Europe, shipping costs are the highest. If you live outside of Europe, we advise you to order a large quantity at a time if possible to save on shipping costs, and get free shipping on orders over € 150,- euros.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Transit times:
- Within Europe: 2-4 business days
- The rest of the World: 4-9 business days according to where you live. Below is an indication in business days (*) for a few countries.

Returns

If you would like return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the product(s). You can send an email to info@yaeyama-chlorella.com for this. Please mention your invoice number, the product you would like to return and the reason you would like to return the product. The delivery costs of returning the product will not be refunded. Unstamped packages will not be accepted by us, and will be returned to sender. After Yaeyama-Chlorella.com has received the returned products, the cost of the product will be refunded. Yaeyama-Chlorella.com only accepts returns of unopened packages in undamaged condition, unless the content of the package doesn’t meet our quality standards.
